I am Rachel Joy Olsen, certified nutritionist, fitness and holistic life coach. My biggest passion is inspiring people to love themselves, to break free from the diet rollercoaster and bust myths we are told about nutrition and health.
As an expert in health and nutrition, I have been working with clients to prevent and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and those help individuals break free from food and sugar addictions and other detrimental lifestyle behaviors.
